Rock band Motley Crue returns to the music scene with their new album this season. Though the boys are delighted with their upcoming release and a festival tour, they are quite disdained at the lack of progress with a movie that is supposed to depict their lives. They should however, be proud of making the news by being the first band to debut a single on a video game. The game was "Rock Band."
The movie project idea was shared with the public back in 2006 as the band struck a deal with MTV Films/Paramount. It would begin to produce a biopic which would be based on "The Dirt," a best-selling autobiography. Neil Strauss co-wrote the said work. With their frustration, they have decided to look for new partners to work with, and in the process, let go of their deal with MTV.
Motley Crue's album will be released next Tuesday. "Saints of Los Angeles" is their new autobiographical album, promoting their hard-rock festival tour called Crue Fest that begins next month.
