North Korea says that the country is stopping dialogue with South Korea after South Korea did not apologize for of the remarks made by a South Korean general this week. They cut off dialogue on Thursday saying that the peninsula was brewing another war. North Korea also said that South Korea was leading the relationship between the two countries to the point of confrontation and possibly catastrophe in the future.
